Specification

• While ordinary vitrified grinding wheel is produced at 1270°C like general ceramic products, this SC (ceramic) grinding wheel is produced at low-temperature curing process by using ceramic grain and low-temp Frit binder.
  
• Moreover, this ceramic abrasive grain is manufactured by sol-gel method, has its own crystal structure and many merits in grinding like grit-self generation and long like, excellent grinding efficiency etc.
  
• It is used generally in grinding of super-hard tools, bearings, various type of steel with high rigidity, high speed steel, special steel alloy, ceramics, etc which are not easily handled by ordinary vitrified grinding wheels with A, WA, SA, GC grain.
  
• In recent times, Resinoid products with phenol and Epoxy resin has been applied to many operations by using this ceramic grain due to excellent characteristics.
