• While on the other ordinary vitrified grinding wheel is produced on 1270°C curing circumstances as like general ceramic products, this SC(ceramic)grinding wheel is produced on low-temperature curing process by using ceramic grain and low-temp Frit binder etc.
• Moreover, this ceramic abrasive grain is differently manufactured by sol-gel method comparing than ordinary abrasive grain, has its own crystal structure and many merits on grinding operation as like grit-self generation and long like, excellent grinding efficiency etc.
• It is used generally in grinding of super-hand tool, bearing, various type of steel with high rigidity, high speed steel, special steel alloy, ceramics etc which are not easily solved by ordinary vitrified grinding wheel with A, WA, SA, GC grain.
• In recent time, Resinoid products with phenol and Epoxy resin is applied to many operations by using this ceramic grain due to it's own excellent characteristics.
